A mother fox recently moved under our backyard deck to have her babies. Shortly thereafter she appeared in our yard with four pups, and they reappear two or three times daily for playtime and training. Very cute and quite entertaining.
Now the foxes have not been seen in several days. Apparently they have graduated from nursery school and been distributed throughout their neighborhood. They have matured at varying rates; at least some appeared big enough to live on their own. Mama Fox was seen leading one across the street into that part of her territory.
