2nd Avenue Value Stores has opened a new store at 8750 Richmond Highway. The store’s design, a prototype for future 2nd Avenue stores, organizes and segments each department. It also offers an educational library lounge and a hands-on children-only play space. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
