Two friends and young entrepreneurs, Rachel Bell and Camille Herrera, opened a brick and mortar franchise on Oct. 22 called Wine & Design, located at 1506 Belle View Blvd., Suite D, in Alexandria.
For $40 per class, participants are instructed to paint an image provided by the studio. The fee includes paint and canvas, brush and smock, and more.
