The Key Middle School Orchestras put on their Spring Concert on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at the school. Director Keith McElroy led the 33-member Immediate Orchestra in a performance of a medley of music, including: “Loch Lomond,” “My Heart Will Go On,” and “Out of the Winter.” The 19-member Advanced Orchestra also performed “Theme from ‘Water Music,’” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Fantasia for Strings.” As a side note, Xochi Tamanaha received a superior rating for a solo she performed recently at the VBODA Solo and Ensemble Festival at Holmes Middle School.
