Fairfax Student Wins Harvard Book Award

The Harvard Book Award is given to an outstanding junior who combines excellence in scholarship with high character and achievement in other fields, and Fairfax High School student Jack Allen has just won this honor. It’s based on nominations from junior-year English teachers, with approval by counselors and administrators, and will be presented during his school’s English awards ceremony in the spring.
