Greenspring, a senior living community developed and managed by Erickson Living®, recently celebrated the reopening of one of its signature dining venues, the Potomac Café.
Located in the community’s Town Center clubhouse, the Potomac is open all day, and features short-order favorites like salads, deli wraps, and tasty breakfast sandwiches. With a brand new pizza station, grill, deli station and hot line, the newly renovated Café will add even more variety and diversity to Greenspring’s robust menu options on campus.
