Ponies Plus in Nokesville, Va., provided baby chicks , a rooster, two young goats and a pair of ducks for a petting zoo.























The Mount Vernon Community Band set up as volunteers heated up the grills for cooking German sausage in preparation of St. Aidan’s Oktoberfest celebration on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 11. The children were entertained with games and craft stations, moon bounces, pony rides and a petting zoo. There was also face painting, a cake walk and a silent and live auction.
