On Dec. 2, classrooms were turned into bakeries as St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School held its 23rd annual fourth grade bake sale benefiting Children’s National Health System. Fourth grade teacher Beth Barrow announced that $1,954 was raised for the project, which allowed them to purchase many new toys to donate. The gifts went into Dr. Bear’s Closet at Children’s National Health System for patients and their siblings to enjoy. The fourth grade delivered the toys to the hospital and placed the gifts around the Christmas tree in the lobby. Photo Contributed
