Washington Business Journal recently selected the Herndon headquartered financial institution as one of the Best Places to Work 2018 for extra-large companies (500+ employees) in the Washington D.C. metro area. According to a media release by NWFCU, "The program, in its 12th year, recognizes companies in the area who scored the highest on Quantum Workplace’s employee engagement survey."

Jeff Bentley is President and CEO of Northwest Federal. “Northwest Federal is honored to be recognized by the Washington Business Journal for our commitment to employee engagement and satisfaction,” Bentley said. “We believe that excellent member service begins with employees who feel valued and empowered.”

Northwest Federal held a celebratory barbecue for their employees in honor of the award.
