On April 14, Burke resident Larry Pyos, 35, received a sentence of 115 years in prison for multiple armed robberies charges involving Fairfax County and Falls Church businesses. The announcement came from U.S. Attorney Dana Boente’s office.

Except their chili — each man is responsible for one pot, either sweet and spicy or mild and chunky — is made with local venison.
